强迫症患者注意网络研究

Research of attention networks in the patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder

目的探讨强迫症(obsessive-compulsive disorder,OCD)患者注意网络功能是否存在损害。方法对确诊的35例OCD患者进行注意网络测定(Attention Network Test,ANT)并与32名正常组的实验结果相比较。结果在注意网络功能测验中,OCD组与正常组在注意的警觉网络(Alertingnetwork)的反应时(RT)差异具有统计学意义(t=2.602,P=0.011);Pearson相关显示警觉网络与HAMA显著的负相关;执行控制网络(Conflict network)与HAMD显著相关。结论 OCD患者由于注意网络存在损害导致注意的固着从而形成强迫行为,可能受到情绪的影响。

Objective To investigate the function of attention network in patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder（OCD）.Methods 35 OCD patients and 32 healthy subjects were tested with the attention network test.Results In the attention network task,the comparison between the patients with OCD and healthy subjects on the RT of the alerting network was significant differences（P=0.011）;There was a significantly negative correlation between Alerting network and Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HAMA）,while there was a significantly correlation between.Conclusions network and Hamilton Depression Scale.Conclusion The impairment of the attention network in patients with OCD what is related with the emotion may be involved in the pathophysiology of OCD.
