循证健康教育在产科病房中的应用

Evidence-based medical health education in maternity ward

目的在产科病房实施循证健康教育,提高满意度和孕产妇的身心健康。方法对照组采取传统健康教育方式,观察组采用我院实施的以优质护理服务为指导的循证健康教育护理模式,比较两组护理质量、产妇满意度、新生儿护理技能掌握程度等。结果两组产妇分娩方式的比较,观察组自然分娩率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)、产妇焦虑值明显降低、母婴并发症明显减少、产妇对新生儿护理技能掌握情况高于对照组,母乳喂养率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论循证健康教育能有效降低产妇的焦虑值、降低母婴并发症的发生率;提高顺产率、产妇及家属的满意度。

Objective To In execute evidence-based Medical Health education in maternity ward to improve Maternal satisfaction and healthy.Methods The control group adopted conventional health education,the observation group was treated in our hospital with high quality nursing service for the guidance of evidence-based health education nursing model,compared two groups of quality of care,maternal satisfaction,neonatal care skills to master degree.Results Comparison of two groups of maternal,the observation group of natural birth rate was significantly higher than the control group（P0.01）,maternal anxiety was significantly reduced,Significant decline in maternal and neonatal complications,maternal newborn nursing skills were higher than the control group,breastfeeding rate was higher than those in the control group（P0.01）.Conclusions Evidence-based health education can effectively reduce maternal anxiety value,reduce infant and maternal complications;improve the birth rate,maternal and family satisfaction.
