破伤风抗毒素皮试新工作流程在临床应用观察

Observation on new procedure of the Tetanus Antitoxin(TAT) skin test in the clinical application

目的探讨破伤风抗毒素(TAT)皮试新工作流程的临床应用。方法将2011年1～6月TAT皮试病人设为对照组,7～12月TAT皮试病人设为观察组,对照组均采用传统皮试方法,观察组采用TAT皮试新工作流程。结果观察组TAT皮试阳性率及护理缺陷显著降低。结论 TAT皮试新工作流程在临床上不但降低皮试的阳性率,减轻了病人的痛苦,还减少了医疗纠纷的发生,保障病人的安全,提高病人满意率。

Objective To discuss the observation on a new procedure of the Tetanus Antitoxin（TAT） skin test in the clinical application.Methods Firstly,set those TAT skin test patients from January to June in 2011 as the control group.Then set those TAT skin test patients from July to December as the observation group.Traditional skin test was used in the control group,while the new procedure of the TAT skin test was used in the observation group.Results The positive rate of the TAT skin test and nursing defects of the observation group decrease significantly.Conclusions The new procedure of the TAT skin test in the clinical application decrease the positive rate of skin test,alleviate the suffering of patients,and also reduce the occurrence of medical disputes,ensure the safety and improve the satisfaction rate of patients.
