内镜下注射硬化剂治疗Dieulafoy病11例临床分析

Management of Dieulafoy's disease with endoscopic sclerotherapy

目的探讨内镜下硬化剂治疗Dieulafoy病的效果。方法回顾分析2010年1月～2012年8月内镜下硬化剂治疗Dieulafoy病11例的临床资料。结果 11例患者中首次止血全部成功。术后2周复查胃镜,9例出血处粘膜修复,1例见出血灶处有0.3cm浅表溃疡,1例未能复查胃镜。有1例患者术后出现低热,未做处理48小时后好转。结论内镜下硬化剂治疗是一有效治疗Dieulafoy病出血的手段。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of endoscopic sclerotherapy in the treatment of Dieulafoy disease.Methods Clinical data of 11 patients with Dieulafoydisease were retrospectively analyzed after treatment with endoscopic sclerotherapyfrom Jan.2010 to Aug.2012.Results In the 11 patients,primary homeostasis was all achieved.Gastroscope review 2 weeks later,the mucous membrane were renovated in 9 patients,a 0.3 cm superficial ulceration appeared in themorrhagic focus in 1 patients,1 patient didn＇t review the gastroscope.1 patient got mild fever,recovered in 48 hours without any treatments.Conclusions Endoscopic sclerotherapy is an effective method for the treatment of Dieulafoy disease.
