Texture is one of the important characteristics used in surfaces research.Texture features are derived from surface image which is taken by scanning electron microscope using spatial cooccunrence matries and fregu ency analysis.The features, as new information applied to surfaces research, can be interpreted in terms of physical chemistry characteristics of surfaces.
