摘要
分析了氨在焦炉煤气脱硫过程中的作用:增加脱硫液硫容、使H2S的吸收持续进行、抗CO2、HCN等酸性物质对H2S吸收的干扰作用。游离氨浓度决定了脱硫效率的高低,给出了适应脱硫效率要求的溶液中游离氨浓度计算过程。氨在脱硫过程中的形态行为对脱硫效率起着决定性作用,最大限度地发掘与发挥氨有利于脱硫过程的形态行为,对于指导工艺过程优化,改进设备配置会起到促进作用。
The function of ammonia in the COG desulfurization process is analyzed as follows: it increases the sulfur capacity of the desulfurization solution so that the H2S absorption can be continued; it can resist acidic materials such as CO2, HCN in their interference of H2S absorption. The concentration of free ammonia determines the desulfurization effi- ciency. The calculation process of free ammonia concentration in the solution that meets the requirement of the desulfur- ization efficiency was given. The ammonia form and behavior during the desulfurization process play a decisive role in the desulfurization efficiency. To tap, to the maximum, the form and behavior of ammonia which are favorable for desulfuriza- tion is inevitably a boost in the process optimization and improvement of equipment configuration.
