摘要 介绍了一种简单的适用于高效工业煤粉锅炉的烟气脱硫技术——高倍率灰钙循环耦合脱硫除尘技术。阐述了该技术的工艺原理和特点,分析了钙硫比、温差、增湿量、进口SO2浓度、脱硫灰配比等主要因素对脱硫效率的影响,对该技术的适用性和经济性进行了讨论。 A simple flue gas desulphurization technology which can apply to the efficient industrial pulverized-coal boiler--the desulphurization and dust-removal technology based on the high magnification of ash and calcium was intro- duced. The principle and characteristics of the process were described. The impacts of the ratio of calcium to sulfur, tem- perature interval, water amount, inlet SO2 concentration and ratio of ash to calcium to the desulphurization efficiency was analyzed. In the end, the applicability and economics of this technology was discussed.
