摘要
以实例介绍了在氧气切断球阀设计中,采用有限元方法对承压件阀体、球体、阀座、支撑板、阀杆的强度进行的分析,对阀座和球体变形进行计算,解决了承压件的强度和阀门密封的问题。
This thesis taking practical examples analyzes the strength of the pressurized body, ball, seat, support plate and stem with the finite element analysis method during the design of the oxygen shut-off ball valves. Calculating the deformation of the seat and ball with the finite element analysis method, the sealing and inner leakage problems were solved.
