摘要
针对城市配电网的实际管理需求,对基于三维GIS的城市配电管理信息系统进行设计与实现。系统不仅可方便管理配电设备的台账、缺陷故障、实时监测信息和三维地理空间信息,还可实现三维地理空间信息与配电设备上述信息间的关联管理,并基于此对配电网的安全运行情况进行了监控。与现有配电二维GIS管理软件仅把架空线和电缆轨迹作为图层叠加在电子地图上的做法不同,该系统对架空线、地下电缆和城市场景都做了立体化的展示;并提供架空线路延布工具,提高了系统的灵活性、扩展性。实践表明,该系统真实、完整地还原了现场情况,能够有效降低电网维护工作的难度,有助于管理部门对配电网信息的全面掌握,实现了对配电网故障点的快速辅助查找及电力事故的有效预防。
Design and implementation of the urban distribution management information system based on 3D GIS is proposed to meet a need of actual management of urban distribution network. The system can not only facilitate the management of parameter, defects, failures, real-time monitoring information of equipments and geographic Information, but also realize the associated management between them. On this basis, security monitoring of the functioning of the distribution network is implemented. Unlike 2D GIS system, this system displays 3D models of overhead lines, underground cables, and urban scenes and provides tools to build overhead lines. Practice shows that the system is a true and complete tO restore the site, resolves the problem of heavy workload in maintaining distribution network, has realized quick-assisted search function of failure point on the distribution network, and is helpful to master the total information of the distribution network.
