摘要
数字控制在电力电子中的应用研究已经成为了热点。文中基于反激式变换器设计了一种具有快速负载动态响应的数字控制硬件电路框图,具体设计了基本的精准电源电路、电压电流隔离采样电路、驱动电路。此外,针对现有PID算法在动态响应上的不足,文中分析了一种增量式PI算法和PWM占空比补偿相结合的具有快速动态响应的综合算法,给出了软件设计流程图,最后建立实验样机并给出了实验结果。
The digital control technology using in power electronics has becoming more and more popular. Based on the fly- back converter, this paper designed a digital control hardware circuit block diagram which can realize fast respond to the load change, and concretely designed precise power supply circuit, voltage and current isolation sampling circuit, driver circuit. Moreo- ver, due to the shortage of existing PID arithmetic acting in dynamic response, this paper analyzed a kind of integrated arithmetic based on incremental PI parameters and PWM duty compensation arithmetic which can achieve fast dynamic respons~ Software de- sign flow chart was designed, prototype was designed and finally experimental results were given.
