摘要
调研发现,国内大多数石油化工企业配套污水处理场的实际处理水量和污染物浓度远小于设计值,存在着设备闲置率较高、污水处理单耗偏高、新技术的性价比较差以及生化处理系统长期处于低负荷下运行造成抗冲击能力较差等问题;从生产运行和设计两方面分析了造成污水处理场设计规模偏大、运行负荷不足的原因;提出了解决这些问题的建议。
Investigation results show that the actual wastewater treatment quantity and pollutant concentrations of most wastewater treatment plants in refinery or ethylene supporting units in China are much less than design values,which leads to problems such as high proportion of equipment idling,high unit consumption of wastewater treatment,low C/P ratio for advanced technology applied,and poor impact load resistance of biological treatment system due to long period of running under low load.After analyzing the reasons for the difference between actual operation and design,this article proposes some recommendations for the design of wastewater treatment plant including the calculation of suitable capacity,the selection of appropriate reserved pattern and the adoption of energy saving measures.
