空压机组透平盘车器工作异常的分析处理

CAUSE ANALYSIS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS FOR ABNORMAL OPERATING CONDITIONS OF ROTOR TURNING GEAR IN STEAM TURBINE OF AIR COMPRESSOR UNIT

透平调速系统改造后,空压机组重新准备开车。在启动盘车时,盘车器的振动、噪音非常大。经过仔细的检查、分析,改进了盘车器气缸活塞的连接,调整了盘车器齿轮的啮合间隙,检查了盘车器电机的旋向,最终找到了根本原因并采取了正确的措施,恢复了盘车器的正常工作。

After the speed control system of steam turbine was revamped,the air compressor unit was ready for re-startup. When the rotor turning gear was started,serious vibration was observed and loud noise was heard.Based on careful inspection and detailed analysis,the connection of cylinder piston was improved,the clearance of gear pair was adjusted,and the rotation direction of motor was inspected.Finally,the underlying reasons were found out and corrective measures were taken to restore the normal operation of rotor turning gear.
