在石油化工企业中,解决输送液态烃类介质泵密封问题,一直是炼油化工装置安全生产工作的重要环节。现以中国石油大庆炼化公司TMP(两段提升管催化裂解多产丙烯技术)装置液态烃泵密封发生的一起泄漏故障为例,对输送液态烃类介质机泵密封发生故障的原因进行细致分析并提出解决措施,为同类装置液态烃泵密封长期安稳运行提供有益的借鉴。

Seal leakage problem in liquid hydrocarbon pump, which is widely used in petrochemical plant,has been an important part of the safe production of refining and chemical units.This article takes the seal leak failure in liquid hydrocarbon pump of the TMP(two-stage riser catalytic cracking of heavy oil for maximizing propylene yield) unit at PetroChina Daqing Refining & Chemicals Company as an example,makes a detailed analysis of the reasons for seal failure and proposes some solutions,so as to provide useful references for the long-term stable operation of liquid hydrocarbon pump in similar units.
