七个引种葡萄的生理生态特征的比较研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文通过对引入银川贺兰县的克瑞森、青提、摩尔多瓦、红提、乍娜5个欧亚种葡萄及金手指和巨玫瑰2个欧美杂交种葡萄的生理生态特征进行观察研究,运用Li-6400便携式光合系统分析仪比较7个葡萄品种叶片的光响应特征参数,PAM-2100调制式叶绿素荧光仪测量叶绿素荧光特征,WP4-7露点仪测量水势,以及叶绿素含量、植株长势等指标。结果表明:摩尔多瓦、红提、青提、乍娜和金手指具有较强的光合能力;巨玫瑰、金手指具较强的抗旱性及耐盐碱能力;克瑞森的长势最高,可积累较多的营养物质。 The physiological and ecological characteristic parameters of 7 grape varieties which were introduced to Helan county of Yinchuan were studied. The studied grape varieties included 5 varieties of Vitis vinifera.L grapes (Crimson Seedless, Thompson Seedless, Moldova, Red Globe, Cardinal) and 2 varieties of hybrids of V. vinifera & V. labrusca (Gold Finger, Muscat Kyoho). The light response characteristic parameters of 7 grape varieties were detected by Li-6400 portable photosynthetic system analyzer. The chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics were measured by PAM-2100 modulation chlorophyll fluorescence spectrometer. The water potential, chlorophyll content, plant growth vigor and so on were measured by WP4-7 dew-point meter. The results showed that Moldova, Red Globe, Thompson Seedless, Cardinal and Gold Finger had the higher Pn, which showed strong photosynthesis potential; Muscat Kyoho and Gold Finger were drought resistant and saline-alkali tolerant; the growth vigor of Crimson Seedless was very high in the same periods compared with the other 6 grape varieties, which could accumulate more nutrient substances,
