摘要
针对某型客机服务舱门开启精确爆破实验中出现的线型聚能切割器切割失败故障,建立了故障归零分析流程,发现故障原因为切割器装药线密度的不均匀性偏差过大。进一步分析表明,以往的切割器线密度测试方法不能准确反映线密度不均匀性偏差过大问题,并提出了改进的测量方法。经实验证明,改进的测量方法提高了线型聚能切割器质量验收的精确化水平,消除了切割失败故障。
In the research of the airliner on-air emergency precise blasting system, some cutting failure of the linear shaped charge cutter (LSCC) was found in the experiments. A process for fault clearance analysis was established to deal with the cutting failure. By means of the process, it is proved that the failure is resulted from the unreasonable allowance of the linear density of the LSCC. Furthermore, it is shown that the existing measure methods are unable to reflect the allowance of the linear density accurately. So, a new measurement method was put forward. With help of the new method, the precision criterion for quality acceptance of LSCC was established, and the cutting failure was eliminated.
