提高火工品开路电阻的一种结构设计 被引量:1

摘要 为满足某电延期拔销器作用后开路电阻不小于1kΩ的要求,设计了一种片状闭气结构,并对其尺寸和材料进行了选择。环境试验证明:闭气结构既保证了延期药的可靠点燃,又实现了将延期药残渣堵住的功能,从而满足开路电阻要求。本研究为小型火工品开路电阻的设计提供了一条有效途径。 In order to realize the requirement that shutdown resistance of some electric delay pin puller isn't lower than 1k Ω, a kind of obturator was designed, as well as its size and material were determined. The environmental test results indicated that the obturator not only ensures the reliable ignition of delay composition, but also obstructs the combustion residue of delay composition entering the end of electrode, so the shutdown resistance could meet with the requirement. The study provides an effective way for shutdown resistance design of small-size initiating explosive device.
