摘要
采用DSC、XRD和PLM研究了不同质量比的硝化棉(NC)/聚乙二醇(PEG)共混体系中PEG的结晶行为和结晶形态。结果表明:NC/PEG共混体系中NC含量对PEG结晶行为有显著影响。随着NC含量的增加,DSC升温曲线中PEG结晶熔融峰逐渐消失,结晶熔融温度(Tm)明显减小;XRD分析显示NC的引入没有改变PEG结晶的晶型;PLM观察表明:体系中NC含量在80%以上时两组分均匀分布,NC含量在60%时观察到有大量PEG微晶分布在NC边界上,NC含量在40%以下时,PEG结晶主要以球晶形式存在,并且随着共混物中NC含量的降低,球晶数量明显增多。
Crystallization behavior of PEG in NC/PEG blends with different mass ratio was studied using DSC, XRD and PLM. The result shows that the content of NC has obvious effect on the crystallization behavior of PEG in the blends of NC/PEG. Crystallization molten peak of PEG in the DSC curve disappeared gradually and molten temperature dropped obviously as the content of NC increasing. The crystal form of PEG did not change with existence of NC based on XRD analysis. Polarizing microscope observation showed that NC and PEG were well-distributed when the content of NC was higher than 80%, there were few crystallite distributing along the boundary of NC with NC content of 60%, when the content of NC was lower than 40%, PEG mainly existed as spherocrystal, and the amount of spherocrystal increased obviously as the content of NC decreasing.
