Research on Thermal Stability of the Common Green Flame Pyrotechnics Based on AKTS

摘要 为了对常用绿色火焰烟火药剂的热稳定性进行研究,通过4种升温速率下的DSC实验对组分质量比为wBa(NO3)2∶wKClO4∶wMgAl=40∶20∶25的绿色火焰烟火药剂进行了测试,得到了样品热分解的起始分解温度、放热量等数据。利用AKTS-Thermokinetics软件对DSC实验得到的数据进行了进一步的动力学计算,基于计算结果预测了绝热和等温条件下的热稳定性能,两种条件下得到的TD24分别为250℃和279℃。结果表明,此药剂稳定性较好。 In order to research the thermal stability of common green flame pyrotechnic, DSC experiments under four heating rates were proceed. The component proportion of tested sample is WBa(NO3)2:WKClO4:WMgAl=40:20:25. The onset temperature and heat release at four heating rates were obtained from DSC signals. It is indicated that two exothermic peaks are formed when the sample is in the process of thermal decomposition. Furthermore, dynamic calculation is carried out by AKTS-thermo kinetics software and thermal stability of the sample in different temperature conditions is predicted based on calculated result. TD24 calculated from the prediction on adiabatic condition and isothermal condition is 250℃ and 279℃respectively. The results show that this green flame pyrotechnics has good thermal stability.
