像差对接耦合系统的蒙特卡罗数值模型

摘要 基于光线追迹和波动光学理论,利用蒙特卡罗方法,提出一种用于分析和研究像差耦合系统的数值模型。与其他数值模型相比,该数值模型不需要使用处理球差的波像差或者相位变换概念,而是直接在界面使用折射和反射定律。其优点是不仅可以考虑三级球差,还自动考虑了五级及更高级的像差,同时,综合考虑了耦合器件的几何形状和衍射效应。因此它不仅可以用于对称系统,也可用于任意不对称或存在缺陷的系统。 A numerical model of the aberration coupling system is proposed using Monte Carlo method which is based on ray tracing and wave optics theories. Comparing the other numerical models, this model does not use the concept of wave phase difference and phase transformation. Instead, it uses the principles of reflection and refraction at a plane interface between two media. This treatment can take the primary aberration, fifth order aberration and even the higher order aberration into consideration, it also incorporates the geometrical surface of the coupling component and diffraction effects. Therefore, this model is not only applied to the symmetric aberration systems, and also to the unsymmetric or defect systems.
