摘要
酸岩反应动力学实验研究是酸压技术的重要组成部分,其实验结果为酸压设计的优化和酸液体系的优选提供准确参数和依据。利用旋转圆盘试验仪测试了碳酸盐岩储层与普通酸、稠化酸、交联酸的酸岩反应动力学方程,以及普通酸、稠化酸的反应活化能和H+有效传质系数,并且总结了面容比对反应速率的影响,为后期酸压施工设计提供了基础数据。
The experimental study of reaction kinetics of acid rock is an important part of the acid fracturing technology to guide acid fracturing and optimize the design and acid system. Using the rotating disk tester to test the kinetic equation of ordinary acid, thickening acid, cross-linked acid, as well as ordinary acid, thickening acid reaction activation energy and the H ~ effective mass transfer factor. Then summarized the influence of area volume ratio on reaction rate, and provide basic data for construction design for the latter part of the acid pressure.
