摘要
企业按订单生产模式下,针对传统GBOM模型存在对生产进行预测比较困难、在系统中维护灵活性欠佳等不足。首先对已有GBOM模型进行了研究分析;结合模块化BOM与GBOM的特点与优势提出一个模块化GBOM模型,同时给出确定产品零件模糊计划百分比与损耗率的计算方法,并将其考虑到模块化GBOM模型中。提高了GBOM模型在企业物料计划中的预测准确性和科学性。最后以产品包装为实例验证了新的模块化GBOM模型的有效性,为GBOM模型的应用与深入研究提供一定的理论依据。
Under the production mode of ATO, traditional GBOM model gradually exposes its shortages, such as this model is lack of flexibility when maintaining the system and it is difficult to help predicting the production material. According to these problems, firstly the basic models of GBOM are analyzed, then proposed a new modular GBOM model which is combined traditional GBOM model with modular BOM, and this new model also take the uncertain percentage and the loss rate into consideration, and gives the way of calculation of them. At last, an example of packaging BOM is used to prove the effectiveness of this new GBOM model.
