Debtholder[银]债权人 The owner of a bond. In addition to receiving regular interest payments and the return of principal, debtholders are given precedence over stockholders in case of asset liquidation. Also called bondholder.指债券所有人。除定期获得利启、支付和本金归还，债权人在清算时要求权位于股东之前，也叫债券持有人。
