精神分裂症临床表型与脑源性神经营养因子基因C270T多态性的相关研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨脑源性神经营养因子(BNDF)基因C270T多态性与精神分裂症临床表型之间的关系。方法:选取124例精神分裂症患者作为研究组,同时选取118例正常人作为对照组,采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术和限制性片段长度多态性的方法对两组BDNF基因C270T多态性进行检测;采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)对精神分裂症患者临床表型进行评定,分析BDNF基因C270T与精神分裂症临床表型的关系。结果:研究组患者C/T基因型和T等位基因分布频率明显高于正常对照组,C/T基因型患者PANSS阴性量表分和一般病理情况得分明显高于C/C基因型患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:BDNF基因C270T的多态性与精神分裂症患者的临床表现之间没有直接关系,但BD-NF的T等位基因变异与精神分裂症的病理症状有关。 Objective: To discuss the relationship between clinical phenotype of schizophrenia and polymorphism of brain-derived neurotrophic factor gene C270T.Methods: A total of 124 schizophrenia patients were chose as study group,while 118 normal people were selected as control group.BNDF gene C270T polymorphism of two groups were detected with polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism technique.Clinical phenotype of schizophrenia patients were evaluated by positive and negative symptoms scale.The relationship between clinical phenotype of schizophrenia and BNDF gene C270T were analyzed.Results:The distribution frequency of C/T genotype and T allele in study group were significantly higher than that in normal control group(P0.05).PANSS score and general pathological condition score of C/T genotype were significantly higher than that in C/C genotype patients(P0.05).Conclusions:There is no direct relationship between clinical phenotype of schizophrenia and polymorphism of brain-derived neurotrophic factor gene C270T,but T allele mutation is related to pathogenic symptoms of schizophrenia.
