视频喉镜在急诊气道建立中的应用

Application of video laryngoscopes in establishment of emergency airway

目的:研究视频喉镜在急诊气道建立过程中的作用及优势。方法:将86例需要紧急气道建立的急诊患者随机分为两组,分别用视频喉镜和普通喉镜进行气道建立的气管插管手术,并记录第1次插管的成功率、插管时间、插管次数、气道建立前后患者的心率、气道建立后患者的不良反应及并发症情况。结果:使用视频喉镜的第1组患者在气道建立过程中气管插管的时间、1次成功率及插管次数明显比使用普通喉镜的第2组短(P<0.05),由于操作时间短,成功率高,使得气道建立后心率回复比第2组快(P<0.05),而且,第1组气道建立后患者的不良反应及并发症情况明显优于第2组。结论:使用视频喉镜可以明显提高插管的成功率,缩短插管时间,减少不良反应及并发症。

Objective： To investigate the role of video laryngoscope in establishment of emergency airway.Methods：Eighty-six cases in need of emergency airway establishment were randomly divided into two video laryngoscope and laryngoscope group.Success rate of tube insertion,time for insertion of tube,and times of insertion,changes in heart rates before and after the establishment of airway,side effects and complications were recorded and compared.Results：Time for insertion of tube in the video laryngoscopes group was significant shorter than that of the laryngoscope group,it also took less time for the heart beat to restore normal rate.Status of side effects and complications were better than the laryngoscope group.Conclusion：Video laryngoscopes can significantly improve the success rate of intubation,shorten the intubation time,reduce incidence of adverse reactions and complications.
