120例正畸矫治儿童上颌牙齿前突效果分析

Effects of orthodontic treatment for maxillary anterior teeth protrusion: Analysis of 120 children cases

目的:探讨正畸矫治儿童上颌牙齿前突效果以及矫正前后侧貌变化和牙合关系。方法:120例儿童患者分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组儿童进行头颅X线侧位片和记存模型,分析硬组织指标及软组织面型特征,研究错牙合机制的产生,制定矫正方案双侧的上颌处第一双尖牙进行减数拔出,选用方丝弓矫治器矫正牙齿;而对照组采用自攻型微钛钉支抗种植体。结果:正畸矫正儿童上颌牙齿前突有明显变化,前突的上牙突度减小,牙合关系恢复正常,软组织的凸面得到改善。结论:儿童上颌牙齿前突矫治有利于上颌与上牙弓突度降低,软硬组织之间结构一致,特别是上牙弓改善较明显。

Objective： To investigate the effects of orthodontic treatment for maxillary anterior teeth protrusion,and its influence on profile appearance.Methods： A total of 120 cases of children with maxillary anterior teeth protrusion were divided into control group and treatment group,children in the treatment group underwent skull X-ray examination,hard and soft tissues as well as facial characteristic indexes were analyzed to assume the mechanism of protrusion,and the first premolar teeth were pulled out.Orthodontic appliances were used to adjust the teeth of the treatment group,while self-drilling titanium miniscrew implants were applied in the control group.Results：Anterior teeth protrusion was improved in these children,jaw relation was restored to be normal,and soft tissue of the convex surface is improved.Conclusions：Orthodontic treatment against maxillary anterior teeth protrusion can help to reduce dental arch space between upper jaw and supeaior teeth.
