摘要
介绍了PACSYSTEM型重介质工艺参数自动测控系统的组成、控制原理和现场使用效果;重点分析了该系统对合格悬浮液密度、分流、悬浮液桶液位及悬浮液入口压力的测控原理和方法;实践表明该系统控制合理,操作简单,控制精度高。
The paper introduced the composition,control principle and application effect of PACSYSTEM dense medium process parameter control system,the analysis focused on the measurement and control principle and method for qualified suspension density,split-flow,suspension level in tank and pressure at the inlet of suspension;the application result shows that the control of the system is reasonable,easy to operation and with higher control precision.
