重介选煤工艺多参数的模糊控制方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对赵楼煤矿选煤厂生产工艺提出一种模糊控制方法控制多个工艺参数。该方法使用2个独立模糊控制器对密度、液位进行控制,磁性物含量作为两者之间的调节因子参与两者的控制,最终三个参数之间相互平衡,保证悬浮液特性维持稳定。试运行生产数据表明,该方法简单有效,满足实际生产控制要求。 According to the situation in Zhaolou coal preparation plant,presents a fuzzy control method controlling multi-process parameters.In this method two separate fuzzy controllers are used for controlling density and liquid level,and the magnetic content as the regulatory factor participate the control of density and liquid level,finally the three parameters above reached balance that ensured steady characteristics of suspension.According to the production data of trial run,the method is effective and simple and satisfied the requirements of production control.
