子痫前期血清IFN-γ、IL-6的水平与患者病情变化的相关性研究

A research about the relationship between the serum levels of IFN-γ,IL-6 and patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy

目的探讨子痫前期血清IFN-γ、IL-6的水平与患者病情变化的相关性。方法 Elisa法检测血清IFN-γ、IL-6在30例轻度子痫和28例重度子痫前期及35正常孕妇中的水平。结果轻、重度组子痫前期患者血清IFN-γ水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),重度组血清IFN-γ高于轻度组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);血清IL-6的水平随着患者病情加重而呈降低趋势,但轻、重度组与正常对照组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05).血清IFN-γ/IL-6比值与患者病情呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 IL-6和IFN-γ在妊娠期高血压疾病的发生、发展中发挥重要作用。

Objective To discuss the relationship between the serum levels of IFN-γ,IL-6 and patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Methods Serum IL-6 and IFN-γlevels were measured by using radioim-munoassay in 30 mild pre-eclampsia patients,28 severe pre-eclampsia patients,and 35 normal pregnantwomen.Results The levels of serum IFN-γ in mild pre-eclampsia group were significantly higher than those in the group of normal pregnants,and lower than those in group of severe pre-eclampsia（P0.05）.The level of IL-6 was reduced with the progress of illness,but it was in significantly in mild,severe pre-eclampsia group and normal group（P0.05）.The ratio of IFN-γ/IL-6 was positive correlation with disease.Conclusion The level of IL-6 and IFN-γ plays an important role in the pathogenesis and development of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
