中西医结合治疗输尿管结石的临床体会

Integrative medicine clinical experience of treatment of ureteral calculi

目的探讨中药排石汤辅助体外震波碎石治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法采用深圳致恒公司ZH-VC型X线定位的体外冲击波碎石机进行治疗,治疗后服用我院自制排石汤。结果 461例患者经体外冲击波碎石治疗,427例疼痛及肾积水缓解,有效率达到93%,服用排石汤后,1周至2个月后复查有446例结石排出,有效率达到96%,所有病例治疗过程中均未出现明显不良反应。结论排石汤配合体外冲击波碎石术是治疗输尿管结石的有效方法。
