摘要
目的分析不合格处方,提出对策,提高处方质量,促进合理用药。方法依照《处方管理办法》随机抽取2011年1月至2011年12月共12000张门诊处方,分类统计不合格处方并加以分析。结果本组12000张处方,合格11473张,占比为95.61%;不合格527张,占比为4.39%,其中处方书写不规范处方288张,占不合格处方的54.65%,用药不合理处方239张,占不合格处方的45.35%。结论医院可采取各种措施提高处方合格率,使患者用药更规范、安全、有效。
Objective To analyze the unqualified prescriptions and propose the countermeasures in order to improve the quality of prescriptions and promote rational drug use.Methods In accordance with "Prescription Management Method",a total of 12,000 prescriptions in outpatient department were randomly selected from our Hospital from January 2011 to December 2011 for statistical analysis of the unqualified prescriptions.Results In the 12 000 prescriptions,11 473(95.61%) were qualified,and 527(4.39%) were unqualified in which 288(54.65%) were nonstandard in prescription writing and 239(45.35%) were irrational in drug use.Conclusion To take various measures to improve the qualified rate of the prescription in our hospital,provide more normative,safe,effective medication for the patients.
