将分布式计算系统实体方法用作自动化基因芯片数据分析处理
摘要
产业化基因芯片实验室中,面对重大的技术挑战之一是对海量数据的分析处理。文章介绍构建一种分布式计算系统实体方法,用拖拽图标和连线的形式,将一个分布式计算的具体功能展示在流程图中,从而控制这个分布式计算系统;并展示模块的信号和过滤编程图表代替电脑代码进行快速原型设计和构建分布式网络系,通过用已经语义化的流程图表和已经封装好的模块,
