The Evaluation and Analysis of Xinjiang’s Regional Business Environment

根据指标选取的客观性、有效性、可得性及可计算性等基本原则构建新疆地区间创业环境综合评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法进行综合评价分析,新疆地区间创业环境可分为优质、良好、中等水平、较差四类地区,创业环境不平衡。因此,应加强欠发达地区的投入力度,完善新疆各地州(市)创业环境系统,合理地配置有限资源。

This paper set up a Xinjiang＇s regional entrepreneurship environment evaluation index system in light of the basic principles of the index＇s objectivity, efficiency, availability and computability. Using the principal component analysis; Xinjiang entrepreneurship environment is divided into four scales and an imbalance exists. This paper proposes that efforts must be made to increase investments in less developed areas, improve the entrepreneurship environment and rationally allocate limited resources.
