On the Standardized Service System of Student Communities——Xinjiang Universities as Examples

标准化体系作为管理、服务的先进方式,已经逐步从工业、农业向服务业迈进。随着高等教育的快速改革和发展,学生社区作为大学生日常生活与学习的重要场所,是素质教育、思想政治教育以及校园文化建设的重要载体和组成部分。对学生社区的标准化服务体系研究,有助于加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作,有助于丰富管理学、社会学以及高等教育学的理论,对学生社区管理的发展具有重要的实践意义。

A standardized service system, an advanced method applied in management and service, has been extended into the service sector from the industrial and agricultural sectors. With the rapid reform and development of higher education, student communities, being the key location for the students＇ daily life and learning, is an important part of and a key carrier of developing quality education, ideological education and campus cultural activities. A research in such a standardized service system is therefore conducive to strengthening and improving student ideological education, and enriching theories of management, sociology and higher education. It is significant and practical in developing student community management.
