摘要
以锰作为主要添加元素,替代中铬合金铸钢中贵重合金元素镍和部分钼,并研究了材料的组织、性能及其作用机理。结果表明,替代后材料组织细化,冲击韧度和动态冲击抗磨料磨损性能提高,且生产成本大幅下降。
Precious metals in the medium-Cr alloy cast steel such as nickel and molybdenum were replaced by manganese, the structure and properties of the material and the mechanism of substitute were studied. The results show that the microstructure of the material using manganese was refined, the impact toughness and dynamic impact of anti-abrasion performance were improved, and the cost of the alloy steel was greatly decreased.
