摘要
对于有深孔的压铸件的模具设计,深孔抽芯方法的设计是压铸模设计的难点,实际生产应用中其深孔的尺寸和位置难以保证。本工艺实践所介绍的压铸件孔深360 mm以上,属于超深孔;通过设计液压单向抽芯机构,采用边缘定位方法,保证了超深孔铸件的质量要求。同时,设计的抽芯机构在生产应用中表明,大大简化了模具结构,提高了装配和操作效率。
For die casting with deep hole, core-pulling structure is the design difficulty of die casting mold. It is difficult for the practical application to ensure the size and position of deep hole. In the paper, the hole depth of the die casting is more than 360 mm, which belongs to super-deep hole. The single hydraulic core-pulling structure and edge location method were adopted, which assure quality requirement of die casting with super-deep hole. At the same time, the production result shows that mold mechanism has greatly simplified, assembly and operation of the die are convenient.
