摘要
在化学成分、球化处理方法、浇注温度等条件基本相同的情况下,研究冷却速度、孕育处理、浇注速度对厚大球铁件易出现的石墨漂浮、石墨破碎、漂浮夹渣等缺陷的影响。分析缺陷产生的原因,并提出了解决方法。
Under basically same conditions including chemical composition, spheroidizing method, pouring temperature, the influences of cooling rate, inoculation and pouring rate on easily-occurred defects in heavy ductile iron castings such as graphite floatation, graphite breaking and slag inclusion floating were studied. The reasons of generating the defects were analyzed and solutions were put forward.
