從牟巘《陵陽集》看南宋的地方官

The Local Administrators o f South Song in The Collections of Ling Yang by Mou Yan

南宋官員牟巘,入元後退居湖州,在江南文人中頗有影響。其生平事迹不詳,從所著《陵陽集》中,得知他曾出任武岡軍知軍,其中有關文獻記錄了地方官處理當地政務的措施,爲宋代地方行政史補充了具體實例。史籍和地方志失載牟巘曾在武岡任職及事迹,本文試圖發掘有關資料加以闡釋。主持祭祀是當時地方官的重要職責,因此重點介紹當地民間信仰的神靈,闡發其與現存古迹和神廟的歷史淵源。

Mou Yan,a civil official of South Song Dynasty,retired in Hu Zhou after Yuan t ook over.He was very influential among the scholars in the south of the Yangtze River.There's no detailed record found about his life.According to The Col lections of Ling Yang written by him,he used to be a mayor of Wugang Jun (a l ocal administrative region).Some documents in the Collections record the polici es practiced by the local administrators to handle the local affairs,which add more concrete examples to the history of Song's Local Administration.Currently known historical documents and local chronicles have no records about the fact that Mou Yan used to hold an office in Wugang and his political career.In this article,I am attempting to make an exposition of related documents.Since it wa s an important duty for the local administrators to hold religious ceremonies,t his article will focus on the introduction of the deities the locals worshiped a nd the historical origins of existing historical sites and temples.
