The Expression and Role of Cyclin D1 in Breast Papillary Tumors

目的:探讨Cyclin D1在乳腺乳头状肿瘤各型中的表达及鉴别意义。方法:应用免疫组化方法检测CyclinD1在31例导管内乳头状瘤(其中9例为中央型,20例为周围型,2例为不典型)和20例乳头状癌(其中13例为非浸润性,7例为浸润性)中的表达情况。结果:31例导管内乳头状瘤各例CyclinD1的平均表达率为29.58%,20例乳头状癌各例CyclinD1的平均表达率为72.45%,统计学分析显示二者表达差异显著。结论:检测CyclinD1的阳性表达率对鉴别乳腺导管内乳头状瘤和乳头状癌有重要意义。

Objective： To explore the expression and role of Cyclin D1 in breast papillary tumors. Methods： Immunohistochemical methods was chosen to detect Cyclin D1. Breast papillary tumors included 31 cases of intraductal papillary tumors （9 cases of central type, 20 cases of peripheral type ） and 20 cases of papillary carcinoma （13 non invasive cases , 7 invasive cases ）. Results：Average expression rate of Cyclin D1 is 29.58% in 31 cases of intraductal papilloma, and 72.45% in 20 cases of papillary carcinoma. Significant statistical difference is proved. Conclusions： Difference of Cyclin D1 expression between breast intraductal papilloma and papillary carcinoma has important significance in their differential diagnosis.
