标记辅助选择技术在山羊育种中的应用

摘要 标记辅助选择技术与传统育种方式相结合,可大大提高动物育种效率,缩短育种周期。因此,加强标记辅助选择技术在山羊育种中的应用研究具有重要的实践意义。文章综述了标记辅助选择在动物育种应用中的基本策略、影响选择效率的因素及其在山羊育种中的应用,同时探讨了该技术在动物实际育种中应用较少的原因,并对其应用前景进行了展望。 The combination of marker-assisted selection(MAS) and traditional breeding can greatly improve the animal breed- ing efficiency, shorten the breeding period. Therefore, it has important practical significance to strengthen the application of MAS in goat breeding. This article summarized its basic application strategy in animal breeding, factors affacting selection efficiency and the application in goat breeding ; meanwhile, the reasons why it wasn't applied widely in animal breeding in practice was discussed, and its application in future was prospected.
