hCG对绵羊卵母细胞体外成熟的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了探讨hCG对绵羊卵母细胞体外成熟的影响。从屠宰场获取绵羊卵巢后,采用机械切割法获取卵母细胞,在hCG为0u/L(对照组)、5u/L(低浓度)、10u/L(中浓度)、15u/L(高浓度)的培养液中体外成熟培养24h,计算成熟率。结果表明:hCG对绵羊卵母细胞体外成熟培养无显著影响(P>0.05)。
