摘要
介绍了交流传动试验台的工作原理,推导出了当陪试电机和被试电机参数不一样时电磁转矩与两台电机定子频率之差的关系,并推导出了当系统稳定工作时两台电机定子频率之差的范围。由此可知改变定子频率之差的大小和符号就能控制电机的负载大小和运行状态,实现系统的频差控制。
Introduce the working principle of AC drive test rig. Derive the relation between electromagnetic torque and stator frequency difference of two motor when the accompanied test motor and the motor to be tested parameter is not the same as. And derive the two motors stator frequency difference range when the system operates stably. Thus changing the stator frequency difference in sign and magnitude can control the motor load size and operating condition, realize the system slip frequency control.
