基于三次多项式回归法的大豆种子生活力评价 被引量:1

摘要 以人工老化方法获得的不同生活力大豆种子为材料,采用3次多项式回归方法拟合其在20℃时无光照条件下的萌发进程,并对萌发进程曲线进行求导,从而建立了实时萌发速率曲线.对不同生活力大豆种子所拟合的2种曲线所包含的萌发起点、转折点、萌发速率顶点和对称轴等参数进行了分析,并与传统生活力评价进行比较,采用多项式回归方法评价种子生活力所含有用信息多,对评价种子生活力的下降更加灵敏和精确. Accelerated ageing soybean seeds with different viability were used as materials, their germination time-course in 20℃ and dark incubation were described with three level polynomial regression curve,and germination rate curves were also described in differential functions of germination curve. Based on the comparison of parameters in both types of curves established in different ageing soybean seeds,e, g. germination origin and transmitting,it is found that founded regression curves include much more information than traditional germination parameters;furthermore, they are more sensitive and accurate.
