Synthesis and Biological Activity of Bisamides Compounds Containing Benzothiazole

摘要 以2,4-二氯苯甲酸为起始原料,设计并合成13个含苯并噻唑胺基双酰胺类化合物,其结构经1 H NMR,13 CNMR,IR及元素分析确证.初步生物活性测试结果表明,部分化合物有一定的抗植物病毒活性. Thirteen bisamides compounds containing benzothiazole were synthesized. Their structures were characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR, IR and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioactivity test showed that some of them exhibited certain antiviral activities.
