在文化育人工作中提高国际商务人才培养质量的路径研究

Research on path to Improve the Training Quality of International Business Personnel in Education Work with Culture

财经外语类高校为我国对外贸易事业和对外开放事业培养了大批高端商务人才,在我国对外开放事业中发挥着日益显著的影响。本文从提高国际商务人才的培养质量出发,分析了高校文化育人对于提高国际商务人才培养质量的价值,阐述了文化育人工作的基本规律,提出了以社会主义核心价值体系为统领加强财经外语类高校文化育人工作,提高国际商务人才培养质量的路径。

Universities of Finance and Economics, as well as Foreign Studies Universities, have cultivated a large number of high-end business talents for the cause of China s foreign trade and opening-up career, which also plays an increasingly significant role in the process of China s opening-up to the outside world. This paper proceeds from ways to improve the cultivation quality of international business talents, analyzes the value of the college cultural education and expounds the basic law of education work with culture. Ultimately it puts forward the path of improving the training quality of international business talents by strengthening the cultural education work of Universities of Finance and Economics and Foreign Studies under the guidance of socialist core values system.
