摘要
因为火车交通事故的不断发生,研究钢轨应力有着重要的实用意义。研究重点是在试验的基础上搭建一套以数字信号处理器DSP和嵌入式信号处理器ARM相结合的用于巴克豪森无损应力检测的便携式设备。该设备充分利用DSP高速的信号处理优势、ARM友好的人机交互控制的特点以及巴克豪森成熟的理论,使用灵敏度高、体积小的检测电路和合理的信号采集调理电路,该设备轻小便携,功耗低,用于应力检测将有远大的前景。
Because of traffic accidents,research on the rail stress has an important practical significance.This subject,on the basis of experiments,is to build a set of portable nondestructive stress testing system using the Barkhausen theory.The system which combines DSP and ARM makes full use of DSP that has high speed signal processing advantages,ARM that has friendly man-machine interactive control characteristics as well as the mature theory of Barkhausen.The device uses high sensitivity detection circuit with small volume and a reasonable signal acquisition circuit.It has the advantage of being light and portable,low power consumption and energy saving,so it will have great prospects in stress testing.
