摘要
目的对苍术超临界流体CO2提取物中脂溶性化学成分进行分析鉴定。方法采用超临界CO2流体萃取技术从苍术中提取挥发油,应用GC-MS进行分析。色谱柱为DB-5MS毛细管柱;载气为氦气;流速为2.0 mL min-1;柱温以5℃min-1的升温速率从60℃升至280℃;质谱用EI离子源。用NIST质谱数据库分析来鉴定苍术脂溶性部分的化学成分。结果共分离鉴定出30个色谱峰,大部分为烯、酮、醇和烷类,分别占色谱总流出峰面积的27.77%、26.93%、21.61%和20.53%。结论本文建立了GC-MS法分析苍术脂溶性部分化学成分并对其进行了含量测定,为苍术的进一步开发和利用提供科学资料依据。
Objective To analyze the liposoluble components from supercritical fluid extraction(SFE-CO2) of Rhizoma atractylodis by GC-MS.Methods Rhizome Atractylodes chinensis(DC) koiclz was extracted by SFE,the chemical components were analyzed and identified by GC-MS with NIST library.Results Thirty compounds were separated and identified.They mainly were alkene,ketone,alcohol and alkane,which covered 27.77%,26.93%,21.61% and 20.53% of the total peak area,respectively.Conclusion The extraction condition in the article is very practical.The extract from Atractylodes chinensis(DC) koiclz with SFE-CO2 can be indentified by GC-MS.
