摘要
目的探讨临床药师在合理用药中的作用。方法临床药师与医师、护士组成治疗团队,参与1例开放性颅脑外伤继发脑脓肿患儿的治疗、药学服务过程。结果临床药师与医师一同制定药物治疗方案,对患者进行药学监护,提供药学服务,提高了患者治疗效果,降低了治疗费用,减少了药物的不良反应。结论临床药师作为医师的助手,患者的朋友,在临床合理用药中发挥了一定的作用。
Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in clinical rational drug use.Methods The clinical pharmacist participated in the course of pharmacy care and treatment of a patient with secondary abscess combined with craniocerebral trauma.Results The patient＇s clinical outcome was improved,and treatment costs and adverse drug reactions were decreased through pharmacy care provided by the clinical pharmacist.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists can help both doctors and patients and play an important role in the rational use of drugs.
