元认知理论在英语阅读教学中的运用

摘要 随着我国对外改革开放的深入,与国外的交流日益频繁,英语作为交际语言的重要性凸显出来。对我国来说,英语基础的学习主要在学生阶段,它要求学生大量阅读英语书籍、报刊、杂志等,学生不仅能理解单词与句子的意思,而且还要对篇章有所理解。令学生感到困惑的是单词背了不少,但对文章的理解能力并未见提高。究其原因,主要是在对文章的阅读理解中没有运用好元认知理论。因此,在平时英语教学中,教师应重视学生对元认知理论的理解和运用,
