摘要
目的:本研究观察2型糖尿病患者SMI发作与心率变异性(HRV)两者相关性,探讨了心率变异性是或可作为无症状的2型糖尿病患者SMI筛查的指标之一。方法:回顾性分析了我院2009年1月～2012年1月受检的冠心病临床症状的2型糖尿病患者的临床资料,观察组为38例诊断为SMI患者,对照组38例为无心肌缺血发作患者,比较两组患者的心率变异性各参数。结果:与对照组相比,24小时平均心率明显较高(P<0.05),SMI组与对照组相比,SDNN、SDANN、PNN50、PMSSD、SDNNI均明显下降,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者SMI发作与心率变异性(HRV)相关,心率变异性可作为无症状的2型糖尿病患者SMI筛查的指标。
Objective：This study observed in patients with type 2 diabetes SMI attack and heart rate variability（HRV） correlation,on heart rate variability is or can be used as in asymptomatic patients with type 2 diabetes SMI screening indicator.Methods：A retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2009 January～2012 January subjects with coronary heart disease clinical symptoms in type 2 diabetic patients with the clinical data,observation group 38 patients diagnosed with SMI,38 cases of the control group without episodes of myocardial ischemia patients,comparing the two groups of patients with heart rate variability parameters.Results：Compared with the control group,24 hours mean heart rate was significantly higher（P0.05）,SMI group compared with the control group,SDNN,SDANN,PNN50,PMSSD,SDNNI were significantly decreased,between the two groups was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Patients with type 2 diabetes SMI attack and heart rate variability（HRV）,heart rate variability can be used as in asymptomatic patients with type 2 diabetes SMI screening index.
