腹腔镜与传统开腹手术治疗急性阑尾炎的临床疗效比较

Curative Effect Comparison of Laparoscopic and Traditional Open Surgery in The Treatment of Acute Appendicitis

目的:比较腹腔镜与传统开腹手术治疗急性阑尾炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2011年1月～2012年6月在我院救治的50例急性阑尾炎患者,随机平均分为观察组(腹腔镜手术)和对照组(传统开腹手术),分析比较两组手术的治疗效果。结果:两组患者疗效、并发症、术后排气时间、手术出血量、住院时间及手术疼痛评分相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组手术时间相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗急性阑尾炎疗效显著,具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少和住院时间短等优点,是治疗急性阑尾炎较理想的手术方式。

Objective：To compare the laparoscopic and traditional open surgery in the treatment of acute appendicitis clinical curative effect.Methods：50 cases random average divided into the observation group（laparoscopic surgery） and control group（traditional open surgery）,comparison surgery treatment effect.Results：Two groups of patients curative effect,complications,and postoperative exhaust time,operation amount of bleeding,length of hospital stay and surgical pain score compared,significant difference（P0.05）;Two groups of operation time,compared with no statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of acute appendicitis curative effect is distinct,has the virtues of small trauma,quick recovery,fewer complications and shorter hospitalization time.
